The Ultra-Fab Electric A-Frame Jack # UF38-944037 that you have gets power by plugging into a trailer connector 7-way on a vehicle. Typically what you described is corrosion on the connector from driving through the winter. Try cleaning of all of the pins on the 7-ways of both the vehicle and the jack and try again. If still nothing you will want to verify that the 7-way on your vehicle does have power on the 12 volt circuit. This is the 1:00 pin of the 7-way on your vehicle.
