Will these ford brackets work with a Pro Series 15000 fifth wheel hitch and rails my buddy sold me? For my 2003 F250 Super Duty extended cab?

Yes! I can tell by the picture you have provided that the rails are industry standard, 10-bolt rails and the brackets, # 50043, will fit them and your 2003 Ford F-250. I have included a link to the installation instructions for you.
