What size hole will I need for ring terminals?

I went out to the warehouse to measure the studs on the junction box that comes with Trailer Wiring 7-Way Upgrade Kit # HS381-9000. The studs are 3/16 inch. The kit does also include the appropriate size nuts as well as 3/16 and 1/4 ring terminals.
