What is the Minimum Wheel Bore Size The Rack Em RA-16HST E-Track Spare Tire Carrier Will Accept

I wanted to find out the dimensions of the RA16H need to know the minimum wheel bore size that will work in other words, what are the dimensions of the arm the wheel sits on? Also, is there a weight rating? Thanks!

I spoke with Rack Em, and the # RA-16HST spare tire carrier will work with basically all wheels with a diameter of 12 inches and up. The wheel bore will need to be able to clear the end piece of the carrier, which measures 2-15/16 inches by 2 inches.
There is not a specific weight capacity for this carrier, but their engineer let me know that it has been tested up to 300lbs.
