The Roadmaster XL Base Plate Kit, part 1430-1, will fit your 2007 Jeep Wrangler with Warn Rock Crawler Bumper. I checked the Roadmaster website and used our Fit Guide and found that the item you selected, Roadmaster XL Base Plate Kit, part # 1438-1, will not fit your 2007 Jeep Wrangler with Warn rock crawler bumper.

In addition to the Base Plate Kit, part #1430-1, you will need a tow bar, wiring, and safety chains if you do not already have these items.

A tow bar that I would recommend for your vehicle is the Roadmaster FalconTow Bar, part # RM-520. This tow bar will work great with your the XL Base Plate Kit, part # 1430-1, on your 2007 Jeep Wrangler.

Along with a tow bar, you will need safety cables, I would recommend Roadmaster 64 inch Single Hook Safety Cables, part # RM-645.

For lights on the Jeep for towing, you could either go with Magnetic Towing Lights, part # RM-2120, or have a wiring system hooked up to your Jeep with the Tail Light Isolating Diode System, part # 38955. Either method will work, I would recommend using part # 38955, if you will only be towing the Jeep and will tow it often to avoid mounting lights to the vehicle. Using the Tail Light Isolating Diode System, part # 38955, it uses the vehicles existing lights for tail, turn signal, and brake lights. If you plan to tow different vehicles, or do not plan to tow the Jeep often, I would recommend the Magnetic Towing Lights, part # C-ATL20A, so you can use the lights on various vehicles.
