It sure will, the Curt # C24VV TriFlex Brake Controller is indeed compatible with electric over hydraulic brake actuators. You will also need the # C51453 brake controller wiring harness. I'll link you to the instructions for the # C51453 wiring harness that shows the location of the plugs under the dash of your Ram.
