Question:
I would like to swap out my old incadescent lights with LED. LED Light # MCL75RB in the Same Base as Light # MC65RB Is it that simple? Just pull the old light and install the new LED light

You are exactly right. Changing out your # MC65RB incandescent lights for new # MCL75RB lights will simply require removing the existing light and snapping a new light into the same housing.
Both of these lights use the # A65PB bracket. If any of the brackets on your trailer need replaced you can use the # A65PB as a replacement, but the LED lights will not require any different base than the incandescent lights.
I have attached an installation video of the # MCL75RB light for you.
