A single path compressor kit has one outlet basically and can only fill up the air bags to the same pressure. Whereas a dual path can have two different air pressures running in either bag.
The part # AL25690 that you referenced is a great setup for a single path whereas the part # AL25572 is a very similar setup with a dual path ability.
