We have some high capacity hitch setup for you to consider, and one more than 30k; we are aware of the absurdly high towing capacity your 2016 Ram 3500 would have if it was a dually and a diesel and a long bed. I just checked the Ram page it lists a whopping 31,200 lb capacity for this vehicle configuration.
The highest rated fifth wheel hitch we have to fit your 2016 Ram 3500 with the factory puck system is the 31,000 lb rated Demco UMS Double Pivot 5th Wheel Hitch - Single Jaw - Ram Prep Package # DM67GV.
