Question:
Hi! I would like to buy the Trailer Connector 20119. But I can not find the plugin behind the bumper. My car is grand cherokee 2012. I think that is similar to the car which in the video. Does every grand cherokee 2012 have the plugin behind the bumper?? Can you tell me where is the plugin more accurate or any other methods to solve this problem. Thanks!

Not all versions of the 2012 Jeep Grand Cherokee will have the round connector needed to install the part # 74682. Some will require you to first install a 4-way like part # 118425 and then use the 7-way adapter part # 37185 to convert it to a 7-way.
Check out the install video I attached as well.
