Question:

Will this receiver allow me to put 2 motor scooters on the back using a motorcycle carrier. Thanks for you help.

The combined weight of the carrier you use and the scooters would have to be less than 350 pounds but if they are then you can use Curt hitch # 13703. But there are a couple of caveats to consider.

First, the carrier used has to be compatible with use on a trailer or RV. This is because there is considerably more bouncing and stress for receiver mounted accessories at the backs of trailers and RVs. We have just one that fits that description, # UF48-979033, and it only holds one bike.

The other thing to consider is that Curt, manufacturer of the trailer hitch, requires the use of a stabilization strap, # 18050, when using the hitch with anything other than a trailer. The strap will help to reduce stress on the hitch.
