Need to replace studs in hub L44643, is RG03-040 the correct P/N? Thanks

Most likely the studs you would need are the part # RG03-060 which is what the hub part # 8-91-05UC1 takes that has the two bearing numbers you listed.
Since I don't know what hub you have for certain though it's hard to be totally sure. The hub I referenced is a very popular option though.
