Question:

2016 Cayenne Hybrid trailer hitch.. I see your recommendation on the correct hitch but what about a wiring harness? Do you supply one for this vehicle?

For your 2016 Porsche Cayenne S Hybrid we offer the Draw-Tite Trailer Hitch, part # 75950 that is confirmed as a fit and would work well.

For trailer wiring the only option we can recommend at this point is the ZCI kit part # 119250KIT which is a universal wiring kit that requires no hardwiring. Basically you will test the wires of your vehicle taillights for the proper function and then clamp the connectors of this wiring kit on them and they will be able to sense the wiring function of the tow vehicle and supply the correct trailer wiring functions.

If you wanted to do some towing you might be interested in etrailer ball mount kit # 989900. It comes with 2 ball mounts; one with a 3/4 inch rise or 2 inch drop and one with a 2-3/4 inch rise or 4 inch drop. It also includes a 1-7/8 inch ball, 2 inch ball, hitch pin with clip, and a storage bag.
