It looks like you are looking for a replacement trailer connector for your 1999 Ford F150 pickup truck.
The Tow Ready Replacement 7-Way Wiring Harness, part # 118242 is an exact replacement for the OEM harness.
To install the harness you will need to locate the vehicle’s wiring harness plugs located in the rear, underneath the vehicle, inside the driver’s side frame rail. The plugs should match the trailer wiring harness ends. Just disconnect the vehicle wiring harness and install the # 118242 to the plugs. You will need to attach the white ground wire with the ring terminal to a clean bare metal surface under the truck.
When working with electrical connectors I recommend using dielectric grease like part # 11755. This keeps dirt and moisture out of the electrical connections and helps prevent corrosion.
