is there another part number that is shorter and are the wet bolts as strong as the plain non hollow bolts.

For a 7/8 inch bolt to use with the # TREQ4541 we only have the part # TRFA71063 which is 4-11/16 inches in length. It may seem a little long but it would still work well.
The wet bolts are just as strong as the non-wet bolts we carry.
