Our air suspension enhancement kits like the Air Lift LoadLifter 5000 # AL57200 that you referenced do not affect the ride height of the truck they are installed on when not in use.
If you had these bags inflated to their minimum pressure of 5 psi when not towing you wouldn't even know they were there.
I attached an install video for the kit you mentioned on a similar Ford F-150 as well.

I have an a4wd Chevy Silverado 1500 2004 5.3 the airlift airbag 5000lb is probably 2” higher than I was told. It does change the ride too it’s a little bouncy with only 5lbs of air in the bag. This is to imform you

They do add hight to the rear. I just had them installed today and now my leveled truck sets up an 1 1/2” in the rear.

Had Loadlifter 5000 installed Friday. I went through the break in as instructed. At 5PSI or zero PSI my truck sits 2” higher in the rear than it did before installing. I was told by the installer and here on this site that the height would not change. Also took a 400 Mile trip empty no trailer and the ride was horrible. I have a 2015 Silverado 1500 High Country. At this point I am sorry I bought them—I need to get my truck back to normal height and ride comfort. Please tell me what to do.
