Should Turret of Reese Sidewinder 5th Wheel King Pin RP34FR Be Moveable by Hand

When I install the turret and torque to specs should I be able to move it by hand.

When you install a Reese Sidewinder 5th Wheel King Pin with Rotating Turret # RP34FR according to the manufacturer's torque specs you should find that you cannot move the turret by hand. That pivot mechanism is made to be actuated by many thousands of pounds of 5th wheel trailer, but not by even the strongest of human hands. As long as you followed the installation instructions your install should be just fine as you have done it.
