Updated 03/08/2016 | Published 03/07/2016 >
Question:
We xhanged tow vechiles and want to move the P2 from our old tow vechile that had a plug in under the dash for the xontroller to the new van. However the van doesnt have the plug it has 4 wires taped behind the floor board. It has factory wurung for a 7- pin conntor to the rear. What I need is which wires from the controller go to which wires on the van. Van has labeling on the wires with GND, BATT FU, TRL FD AUX CIR, AND FD CHMSL. Is it possible to tell me which of the brake controller wires go to each of the van wiries. Because even the labeling on the wiring makes no sense to me except for GND

White of your P2 brake controller # 90885 would go to GND or ground like you determined.
FD CHMSL is the stoplight switch circuit so the red wire of the controller runs to that.
TRL FD AUX is for the blue wire of the controller.
BATT FU is for the black wire of the controller.
