Will this hitch fit on my trailer. Planning on putting a 200lb dirtbike on the back.

The Curt hitch part # 13703 can basically fit any trailer frame design that measures between 22 and 72 inches in width. You should have no problem using it on your 2016 Coachmen Freedom Express 246rks.
If you would like a motorcycle carrier that will work on a motorhome, I recommend looking at the Ultra-Fab Motorcycle Carrier, # UF48-979033. We were informed by Ultra-Fab that it is okay to use this carrier on a motorhome or trailer.
This carrier weighs 50 lbs so you would have 300 lbs of capacity left for a dirt bike. Since yours weighs 200 lbs you would be just fine.
