Since you plan on using the hitch for bikes I recommend Curt Trailer hitch # C11496. The recommended ball mount, pin, and clip is # 3593. And for a ball I recommend # 19256 for a 1-7/8 or # 19258 for a 2 inch.
If you want to use the hitch for an accessory such as a bike rack or cargo carrier then you have to make sure the accessory is rated for use with a Class I trailer hitch. Also, with a bike rack, you are limited to 2 bikes maximum on a Class I hitch. I recommend the Trailhead # S63360 since it is compatible.
Before towing a trailer consult the vehicle owner's manual for the towing capacity. You will also need a wiring harness to activate lights on the trailer. I recommend # C56173 if your Accord has LED tail lights. If it has regular incandescent bulb tail lights I recommend # 118596. I have linked videos on the hitch, bike rack, and wiring for you.
