The only significant difference between the two is the rated maximum current output on each of the circuits. Tow Ready 118496 can provide up to 2.1-amps for each of the stop/turn circuits and 7.5-amps for the running light circuit. The Curt C55513 offers a 3-amp capacity for the stop/turn circuits and 5-amps for the running lights.
