Helpful Expert Reply:
For a shank to use with the # RP66074 so that you can do a drop of 3-1/2 inches you would want the # RP63971.
For a 2-5/16 inch hitch ball the part # 19286 would be a great option. If your loaded tongue weight is right at 1,000 lbs this WD system would work great for you. You should note that tongue weight also includes the weight of any cargo behind the rear axle of the tow vehicle.
If your trailer has a round tube frame the chain hangers would not fit. But if its a square tube it would work just fine.
