For your 2015 Thor Four Winds E450 C-Class built on a Ford E-series chassis we do offer front suspension enhancement kits. These are rubber jounce springs (no air bags are available) or sway bar type items. The links provided will let you see both types of products whose fits vary based on your GVWR and other factors.
For example, for front jounce springs use either kit # SSF-106-40 (medium duty) or # SSF-106-47 (heavy duty).
