The Redline Full Size Locking Steel Flush Door Latch # L3980 does not have an inside handle.
I have attached a photo of the back of the latch and a product review video for you.
Typically, these types of door latches do not have handles on the inside. If you need a latch that has a handle on the inside you could use a latch like the Global Link RV Entry Door Latch Kit # 295-000019.
