Question:
Im curious as to how the hitch will look on my truck. Does it extend out past the bumper at all or is it tucked under the bumper? A picture mounted on a similar truck would be very helpful in making my decision on which hitch to go with. I have a 2007 Chevrolet 2500HD Classic

We don't have a picture but I can tell you that once installed trailer hitch # BWHDRH25187 will have its receiver directly below the bumper and the face of the receiver will be basically flush with the rear bumper. Please note that this hitch is designed to fit a 2007 Chevy Silverado Classic 2500 with an 8 foot bed AND 10 inch step bumper.
If the truck has the regular step bumper you would use # BWHDRH25189. It will also be right under the rear bumper and the receiver will be about flush with the rear bumper. I do have a picture of this one which I have included for you. I have also linked a video showing an example installation.
For either hitch the recommended ball mount is # BWBMHD30010. This ball mount has a 1 inch rise and 2 inch drop. If the ball mount does not have the right rise or drop to tow the trailer level, use the link I have included that explains how to measure to choose a ball mount to tow the trailer level.
