On a 12 inch wheel, there is two choices of center hole sizes available. The 12 inch wheel with a 5 on 4-1/2 inch bolt pattern has a center hole of 3.19 inches. The 12 inch wheel with the 4 on 4 inch bolt pattern has a center hole of 2.84 inches.
On the Kenda 4.80-12 Bias Trailer Tire with 12 inch White Wheel, # AM30580, the center hole of the wheel measures 3.19 inches.
If you have a 12 inch wheel with a 5 lug bolt pattern on your trailer and can use a Load Range B (Max Load 785 lbs. at 60 psi) tire, you can use the Kenda Tire And Wheel # AM30580. It will have a 3.19 inches center hole size, which will fit on your trailer that has a 2.875 center hole.
If you need a 12 inch wheel in a 5 lug bolt pattern and need a Load Range C (Max Load 990 lbs. at 90 psi) tire, you can use the Kenda Tire And Wheel # AM30660.
If you just need 480-12 tires, I do have just the tires separate without wheels. The Kenda K353 Bias Trailer Tire - 4.80-12 - Load Range C, # AM10062, and the Kenda K353 Bias Trailer Tire - 4.80-12 - Load Range B, # AM10060.
