Just wanted to no if this cargo carrier will fit a 1999 jeep wrangler with no problems, is Clarence good with the back by tire hitch

If you check out the review video I attached you can see the Curt Cargo Carrier part # C18150 being installed on a similar 2014 Jeep Wrangler as your 1999 model and that it fits and works well.
Another option you have is a spare tire mounted cargo carrier like Surco Spare-Tire-Mounted Cargo Basket # SPSJ4319. Also I attached a review video that shows this rack being used on a 1999 Jeep Wrangler.
