In the settings mode of the controller you can join the manifolds with the controller.
To set the manifold into join mode locate the yellow join wire. It is the yellow wire with heat shrink on the end of it. Remove the cap leaving it attached to the harness. Attach the exposed terminal to a good frame ground. Now the manifold will boot into join mode and will click the exhaust solenoid 5 times fast then one per second. The manifold will stay in join mode for 30 seconds.
On the controller hold the up and down buttons together. Cycle through the different options at this point by pressing the up button. Once you see Join on the display press the M1 button.
Use the up and down button to select which axle you want to join with. Press M1 when you have selected the correct axle you want. The display will show done when complete.
Disconnect the yellow wire from the ground and reconnect into the molded cap.
