Start off by double checking that you have everything installed correctly and that you have installed two CR2032 batteries in your Remote for Air Lift WirelessONE Compressor Systems # AL72704. If you check out the attached clip from the instructions you can make sure everything is installed correctly. There is a specific way to stack the batteries for installation to work.

If you have followed all of these steps and the remote still isn't working properly let me know and I can help you troubleshoot further.

Battery is good. Remote lights up but no pump when trying to inflate. Have 12 volts at pump this happened before and had to buy a new remote.

Hello Les D, I have the 72704 Gen 1 remote. It has worked fine for more than 7 years. I loaded up our RV tongue pull, and set my Air Lift to 55. The system aired up fine. I put the remote in my pocket, drove 1 hr to our campsite and when I un-hitched and wanted to reduce pressure to 5, my remote would no longer light up. My truck is stuck with the bags at 55. A little rough without the load. I've tried changing the batteries with brand new CR2032, but the remote won't light up. I've verified battery stack as correct. Inside the remote is tagged as 72704-006 manufactured 06-29-2017. Is there any way to reset the remote?

@JohnL Hey John, really the only way to reset the remote is to remove the batteries for roughly 30 seconds, and then re-insert them into the remote. If that does not fix most issues there is likely an internal issue in the remote and it would need to be replaced. Which we have a replacement # AL39NV.

@NickS, Is your AL39NV the correct replacement for the 72704 from the Gen1 system?

@JohnL For your specific model the replacement remote is something that we no longer carry. I missed that in your initial response, I do apologize. AirLift does still carry this remote so you would be able to give them a call and get that replacement. Their part number would be AL72704. I apologize I misread the initial response, but AirLift is going to be able to get you what you need.
