Question:
The gross weight for my vehicle is 11000 lbs with a tongue weight of 1100. The equalizer hitch comes in 10000 GW with 1000 TW or 12000 GW with 1200TW. Which one should I buy. My RV is 7200 empty and I am guessing at most would weight 9000 loaded.

I recommend going with the Equal-i-zer Weight Distribution System w/ 4-Point Sway Control, part # EQ37120ET. The # EQ37141ET system has a tongue weight rating capacity of 1,000 lbs and you may exceed that with the weight of your loaded trailer weight of 9,000 lbs.
You want to make sure you do not exceed the towing capacity of your truck. The most important thing to consider is the tongue weight of your trailer. When calculating tongue weight you need to add the tongue weight of your fully loaded ready-to-tow trailer and the weight of any cargo behind the rear axle in the bed of your truck. The tongue weight capacity of the EQ37120ET is 1,200 lbs. If you get a system that is rated a lot higher than your tongue weight the result is often a stiff ride with a bouncing trailer. A system rated too low will not be effective at all.
After checking your tongue weight and adding the weight of the cargo in the truck you find you are over the 1,200 lbs, you can adjust the way the truck and trailer are loaded to get the tongue weight to the right level. To make sure you are within the limits of your system I recommend using a trailer tongue weight scale like part # e99044.
You will also need a trailer hitch ball. If you need a 2 inch ball I recommend part # A-90 and for a 2-5/16 inch hitch ball I recommend part # 19286.
