We have several different safety chain attachment brackets you could potentially use. I have included a link to them for you. It sounds like you are looking for something like # MB38. Keep in mind that this is raw steel. Welding to a dissimilar metal requires a professional, especially if the other metal is galvanized or zinc-coated because that can give off toxic fumes!
