Can reese 66010 1700 lb spring bars be replaced with 58369 1500 bars on a Reese 1700 strait line hitch set up without relocating the brackets or readjusting the the cam arms?

The Reese # RP58369 1500 lb spring bar is a compatible replacement if you were planning on towing a trailer with a lower tongue weight. The 58369 is the same length as the # 66010, so the frame brackets wouldn't need to be relocated and the Dual Cam arms wouldn't need to be adjusted.
