Question:
Working on a home project that I think is perfect for hitch # CAM51611, but wanted to know what weight limitations it may have. Pole will be no more than 8 foot high, but will hold have about 45 pounds attached near the top. Vehicle will not be in motion while attached. Will this mount hold that weight?

Expert Reply:
I spoke with my contact at Camco to see if the Hitch-Mounted Flagpole Holder # CAM51611 has a weight capacity or limitations. My contact said that they do not have an advertised weight capacity for # CAM51611, but that the flagpole holder should have no problem holding the 45 pound weight you referenced.
