Which one do we order? The measurements are not in line with your diagram. Our Reese shows a LCI # 38106 and SS# 019-000977896 and VHD-10K22SW also 10,000K Thanks,

With the excessive chucking and jarring you are experiencing, you have a few options. I was unable to find the model Revolution you said you have on your Fifth Wheel, and could not find a reference to the Lippert 38106 you said is on the pin box. I have attached a helpful article that explains how to measure your pin box mounting holes and dimensions to determine what replacement pin box is available. In the help article there is a chart that explains what pin boxes are available based on the mounting points of the pin box.
Another less expensive option would be to replace the fifth wheel hitch in your truck. I recommend a fifth wheel hitch like the Curt Q16, part # C16120. This fifth wheel hitch has dual jaws that give you a 360 degree jaw to king pin contact and with the articulating torsion head on the hitch gives you a much quieter smoother ride. This hitch will work with industry standard bed rails.
If you are going to use the Q16 with the Revolution Pin Box you will also need to use the custom wedge, part # C16992. This helps prevent damage to the head on the Q16 fifth wheel.
