Is there a trailer adapter or kit that can be used to make this a quick relase product?

I have a solution for you, but the Wheel Chock MTMWC-01R is designed for permanent install. Instead you might be interested in the # TWSPWC which has slotted install holes so that you can slide the chock backwards and remove it easily when needed.
