Question:
I have an axle to a 1989 Komfort Lite trailer. I need help finding the correct shoes, magnet and bearings since I cannot replace the entire assembly. The metal plate has the following information: capacity is 2800lb, serial no. 03-012604-A. I need some assistance on choosing the correct parts, thank you.

Let's start with bearings. The only two solutions I have for you would be to remove the hubs and get the numbers that are stamped on the bearing or for you to remove the hubs and use a digital or dial caliper to measure where the bearings and seal ride (see pic).
To pick out brake shoes will require you to know the brand of your brake assemblies and the size of them. You will need to measure the diameter of the inside of your brake drum plus the width. (see picture.)
You will need to know the same info to pick out magnets as well. I attached a link to all of the magnets we offer.
