There are different taillight requirements for trailers that are over 80 inches in width vs. ones that aren't over 80 inches in width. If you check out the link I attached you will see all of these differenced highlighted.
The over 80 inch kits like the part # TL16RK typically come with additional clearance lights when compared to the under 80 kits like the # TL5RK.
