Question:

Do you carry an emergency hand crank for this jack, in case you lose power?

There isn't a hand crank for Ultra-Fab trailer jack # UF38-944017 but instead it uses a 9/16 inch deep well socket that you could use with a ratchet to manually crank the jack should you need to. I have included a link to a video review of this jack for you.

I have an Ultrafab 3500 38-944014 trailer tongue jack on my camper trailer. I replaced the switch, checked the fuse, reworked the ground and charged the batteries. The jack does not work still and the 20 amp circuit breaker trips When given power without using the switch. What could be the issue?

If all the wiring is in good condition, there may be an internal short on the jack that's causing an issue. This would be difficult to troubleshoot and may just require a full replacement (it does come with a 5-year warranty). The other area I would check is your actual power source. If you have it hooked up directly to a battery - make sure the battery is still fully charged and healthy. A weak power input can lead to these issues as well.
