Is replacement part #23-168pk just for one bar or two? And with the pictures I have attached will you please make sure that this the part I need I have a 2003 chevy silverado ex cab LT QUADRASTEER Thank you for your help

Those appear to be Westin Platinum Series nerf bars. For a 2003 Chevy Silverado, 1500 or 2500LD extended cab, they would be Westin part # 21-1680. Installation brackets and hardware # 23-168PK will fit these bars. The hardware is for both bars so you just need the one kit.
