The body lift definitely complicated getting a gooseneck hitch installed as the rails for the B&W Turnoverball Underbed Gooseneck Trailer Hitch w/ Custom Installation Kit # BWGNRK1059 will attach directly to the frame of your truck. As i am sure you know, a body lift literally lifts the body of the truck off the frame, so this will cause the ball to sit below the bed instead of out the top of it. There are only two options available to get a gooseneck installed.
First will be to lose the body lift. This will put the frame back where it needs to be for the ball on the # BWGNRK1059 to come out the bed. But, this looks like it will cause you to lose the wheel clearance you need and I don't think will really be an option.
Next, and the better option, will be to go to a flatbed set up. This will allow for the B&W Turnoverball Underbed Gooseneck Trailer Hitch for Flatbed Trucks # BWGNRK1500 to be installed. This is still rated up to 30,000 pounds, but will require some custom fabrication to get installed. You technically could keep your current bed if a custom mounting bracket was used, but the bed rails will end up being pretty high and you will most likely run into clearance issues with a trailer/
