I may have a solution or you, but we do not have any spool rollers with a metal roller. Instead you might be able to use a fairlead from a winch like the part # BDW20055 as that basically is a roller setup with a metal roller.

i would like the CE Smith Spool Roller 4", but with a different roller than the black rubber one. I have one of these with the rubber roller. i see a previous question was asked about a metal roller. i don't necessarily need metal, but is it possible to put a harder material other than the stock black rubber one? thank you.
