Im looking for a hitch for a 2011 Honda Civic. It needs to be able to interchange the balls. Do you have something like this?

For your 2011 Honda Civic Sedan the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver # C11391 that you referenced has been confirmed as a fit. Since this is a Class I hitch like all of the hitches for your vehicle you would have to use the recommended ball mount with the hitch, part # 3593.
For an interchangeable ball set to fit the ball mount you would want the part # 802b.
For trailer wiring you would want the Curt hitch part # C56011.
