The B78-13 ST tire size will translate to a ST175/80-13 metric size tire. The overall height of the ST175/80R13 tire is 24 inches and the overall width is 6.9 inches.

You can measure on your trailer to make sure that you have clearance for a 24 inch tall tire with a width of 6.9 inches.

Also to determine the 5 lug wheel you will need, you can measure the bolt pattern on your trailer or the wheel itself. If you measure the distance between the center of one bolt (trailer) or bolt hole (wheel) to the center of the adjacent bolt (trailer) or bolt hole (wheel) and it measures 2-5/8 inches, then it will be a bolt pattern of 5 on 4-1/2.
