Do the kits come with adjuster plugs?

The Dexter Axle # 23-459 12 inch Nev-R-Adjust brake assembly does not include the adjuster hole plugs which are sold in a quantity of 4 as part # BP10-220. The mounting hardware, # 38LW, # 38N nut and # 7-5 bolt are also sold separately. You'll need five bolts, nuts and washers per brake assembly.
