Would Stromberg Carlson Bike Bunk Bike Rack Carrier # CC-275 fit Trailer Frame 3 in Tall

Trying to figure out if the Bike Bunk would work for my 13 ft boler trailer. It is an A frame trailer. Trailer frame is 3 inches wide. How small does the Back plates and Frame pockets size too? Could it fit a 3 inch trailer? Thanks!

If your trailer frame is 3 inches tall/wide the Stromberg Carlson Bike Bunk Trailer-Mounted Bike Rack Carrier # CC-275 that you referenced would fit and work great.
