There is a version of the Roadmaster Quiet Hitch for a 1-1/4 inch hitch. For that you would want the part # RM-061-125 instead of the # RM-061.
For a lightweight wheelchair you would want to use a cargo carrier like the part # C18145 as the bike rack part # VME-V2 can only be safely used to transport bikes. To secure the wheelchair you could use the stretchable cargo net part # C18200.
