have ordered a trailer hitch for vehicle will install myself. what harness/plugs do i need to connect lighting. I see info on various boards of a converter box? cant i just tap into existing wiring harness,and if so do you provide a kit?

You won't need to hard wire your Touareg, there's a plug and play option available as part # 118509. You can see an install video by using the link I provided.
