Plate # 337TNP716625750 is going to be larger than what pintle hook # C48210 requires. The pintle hook is usually on the vehicle side so the mounts for it all have regular shanks that fit a hitch receiver. You want something like part # 63057.
The nose plate would be used on the trailer side to attach a lunette ring such as # C48550. The bolt holes are 4-1/2 inches apart.
