Question:
What is the wattage output of each light? Also I have a 15 Jeep Wrangler with a rear hitch and wiring for it that has a harness connection and hooked up to the drivers side taillight. Where will the light wiring connect to? Will it tie in to the same side or the passenger side and does it have a harness? Thanks.

The Optronics Flush-Mount Clear LED Trailer Backup Light # BUL35CB that you referenced uses a tiny amount of power since it features high-efficiency LEDs instead of standard incandescent bulbs. Its power draw is about 1/10th that of standard bulbs, approximately 0.295-amps at 12.8 volts.
This light uses a standard 2-prong connector that accepts wiring pigtail # A45CB. It mounts with grommet # A33GB.
To use this as a backup light you will need to connect it to your Wrangler's reverse light circuit. If you have a 7-way socket like # 37185 you can access the reverse light circuit there. If your trailer wiring is a 4-pole type like # 118416 you'll need to tap into the wiring for the Jeep's reverse lights since a 4-pole does not carry a reverse light signal.
You can use a circuit tester like # PTW2993 to test the wires at either of the Jeep taillight to find the one wire that carries voltage ONLY when the Jeep is in reverse. You will need a competent helper to shift the vehicle into reverse (with a foot on the brake and the emergency brake engaged for safety) while you test to find the reverse light wire.
Once you have the correct wire just tap into it with a quick splice like # SWC501915-1 or and connect the red wire from the light. The white ground wire with ring terminal can connect to any clean bare metal surface.
