If you are looking for a tow bar wiring harness for the front of your 1994 Ford Mustang that plugs into a 7-Way then I have a solution though there are no custom fit wiring harnesses available. You can use a magnetic kit such as # RM-2120. But instead of using the 4-Way flat at the front you would need to instead wire in a 6-Way using # RM-146-7.

The 7-Way end will plug into the RV. The other end will plug into the 6-Way that you will mount at the front of the Mustang. The wires from the light kit will need to be hardwired to the back of the 6-Way. Then use the charge line kit, # RM-156-25, attaching it to the back of the 6-Way in the 10 o'clock position and run the other end to the Mustang battery positive terminal. This will provide a maintenance charge to the Mustang battery via the 7-Way's 12 volt circuit.

If you are looking for a wiring harness for the back of the 1994 Ford Mustang to tow a trailer with it then to install a 7-Way you will first need to install a 4-Way using # C55326. Then, to add a 7-Way you will need installation kit # ETBC7. I have included some links that show and explain the ETBC7 installation for you.
